Keynotes Topics 2026
Beyond Change Management. Practical Tools for Modern Leaders
Modern organisations are not experiencing isolated change events. They are operating in continual transition. Pace is accelerating, decisions are centralised, communication is compressed, and behavioural pressures are rising across every level of the business.
This keynote moves beyond traditional change management frameworks and focuses on what leaders actually need: practical tools to understand human behaviour under pressure. It explores why tension emerges around decision-making, how executive load impacts communication, and why employees often experience change so differently from those leading it.
The Future of Behaviours in the Workplace; a new guide for a new era
Discover the hidden forces shaping today’s workplace behavior, from subtle everyday interactions to the unspoken norms driving performance, wellbeing, and culture. This keynote dives deep into the science of human conduct at work, demystifying why people behave as they do, unpacking the influence of group dynamics, and examining the pivotal role of leadership in creating environments that support both accountability and psychological safety. Learn practical strategies and fresh insights to transform patterns of behaviour, build cohesive and high-performing teams, and foster a culture where civility, inclusion, and innovation can truly thrive
Psychosocial Safety Legislation will surprise you; how it will shape your workplace
Psychosocial safety is often seen as a new compliance requirement, but it is likely to transform workplaces in the same way physical safety did over the past fifty years. In this keynote, Alicia explores how expectations around leadership behaviour, governance and workplace design are changing, and what organisations can learn from the history of physical safety. Practical and thought-provoking, this session helps leaders understand why psychosocial safety will shape the future of work and what to do about it now.
The Human Side of AI at Work;
Why behaviour will decide whether technology succeeds or fails
Artificial intelligence is advancing faster than most organisations can absorb. While the technology itself attracts attention, the real disruption is human. AI is quietly reshaping authority, expertise and identity at work, creating uncertainty for leaders and employees alike.
In this keynote, Alicia explores the behavioural impact of AI on modern workplaces and why technology change often triggers deeper shifts in trust, decision making and leadership dynamics. Drawing on insights from realtime case studies, she explains how leaders can stabilise teams, maintain clarity and guide people through technological change that is moving faster than most individuals can comfortably process.
